Purpose
To define, establish and implement policies that provide the Ihsan’s rules and regulations regarding the troubles and issues reporting regarding problems in the building premise.
Policies
This process applies only to issues that are building related: i.e. Water, heat, electric, security…etc. Any administrative related issues such as printers, fax machine, copier…etc, should be reported to the PL Admin.
Assess the problem to determine if it is an urgent or a regular problem.
Urgent issues are classified as issues that must be addressed immediately, such as the building is not secure, electricity is out, there is no water in the building…etc.
For urgent issues, fill out a “Trouble Reporting Form” as follows:

From the main menu (must be logged in) select “Open A Ticket” and fill out the form
Call Basel at 513-910-7196 for immediate response.
Basel will then assess if this is an urgent issue or it should be dealt with as a normal ticket.
For normal tickets, fill out a “Trouble Reporting Form” as follows:

From the main menu (must be logged in) select “Open A Ticket” and fill out the form
Call the facility manager at for immediate response.
All new normal tickets will be reviewed within 48 hours and a status will be provided.
