Purpose
To define the process to follow for adding or updating events on the master Ihsan calendar
Process
Ihsan will use Google calendar object for its master calendar for all its events.
A calendar named Ihsan is shared with all project leaders and they have the ability to edit events on it
The calendar is available to the public and is incorporated to the Website
For project leaders to add or modify events on the calendar, please follow the following steps:
Follow the link provided in the email that was sent to you from Google Calendar to add the Ihsan calendar to your accounts. (If you have a problem, please contact the president so another email can be sent)
Once you add the calendar to your account, you will be able to add events

If you need help, please contact the president or project administrator for a quick tour
Only events that are related to approved-projects should be added to the calendar. If other events are added, it will be removed and the project leader may lose the ability to edit the calendar
The calendar is public and as such, please be conscious and provide detailed description of any event you add.
